Secure Payment

We accept cheques by post or card payment via Switch, Visa and Mastercard via the secure website (do not email card details) using WorldPay. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate we've received your order - it does not mean a contract exists between us. We will send an invoice to indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us.

Delivery

Delivery in the UK is charged based on weight. We normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days assuming the item is in stock, but please allow 21 days delivery.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive - see http//www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

If you find the goods delivered do not fit, are unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, please notify us within three working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging within seven working days and you will be entitled to an exchange or refund. You must arrange and pay for the return and please ensure they are well packed and clearly labelled. We advise that you obtain proof of postage - if a returned parcel becomes damaged or lost we cannot compensate you.
